We understand there is a duty of care with vehicle handovers and our procedure complies with this fully.
The process also contributes to the customer’s brand experience and is a vital part of the sales process.
All of our staff are extensively trained to ensure that every handover follows a carefully scripted process, which is prompted by information they have to complete on their PDA’s (Personal Digital Assistants), which in turn is relayed to our Garage Go Live system.
No two vehicles are the same and our staff are equipped with specific product knowledge and will spend time ensuring the client is fully aware of the vehicle’s controls, features and equipment before asking them to sign the PDA to confirm the handover.
